Does it matter how old I am if I want to have alcohol delivered to somebody who is of age?

Yes, in the U.S. you must be 21 years old to sign up for an account and to legally purchase alcohol.  

In Canada, you must be 18 years of age in Alberta and 19 years of age in British Columbia.
