If you have placed an order and need to change the address, please contact the store directly or reach out to our Customer Experience Team. If the address is covered by the same retailer, it can be updated for you. If the new address is not covered by the same location, the order will be canceled and you can replace your order through a new store if it is covered elsewhere.
Please note that addresses cannot be updated if the store uses a third party courier, so please contact our Customer Experience Team. Since orders are picked up by third party couriers directly from the store based on the delivery address, the courier needs to be canceled and then recalled if the address changes. This would lead to a $5.00 cancellation fee if the courier has already been called to pickup your order from the store.
If the address is covered by the same store, the order will be updated be updated by a Drizly Customer Experience Team member and a new courier will be called.
If the courier was already en route with the order, there will be a restocking fee up to $20.00 to cover the cost of the ride and any incidentals.
