To close your account and delete your data we first need you to be logged in. Once logged into either the website or the app, we'll need you to submit a request to delete your account.
Deletion request via the website:
- Web Step 1: Once logged in, navigate to https://drizly.com/contact-us to find our contact form. On that page, under the "Reason for contacting Drizly" select "Delete My Account" from the dropdown menu. After submitting a brief description of why you want to fully delete your account (in the "Additional Details" section), you can click on the Submit button. Our agents will then be able to act on your request!
- iOS App Step 1: Once you are logged into the app, please navigate to the Account tab on the bottom right of the App. Scroll down a little to view the section titled "Help and more". Within that section, tap on the "Contact Us" row.
You will need to begin by verifying your identity. Please complete this Request Form. After you submit the form, you’ll receive a verification email from us. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your identity, and we’ll take it from there!
