Drizly Farewell FAQs

Yep, you read that right. We have shut things down, so here’s what you need to know.

Important dates:

February 20 – Shipping capabilities are no longer available. Shipping orders that are placed before February 20 will still be fulfilled as expected.
March 1 – Gifting capabilities are no longer available. For any gift orders that are placed before March 1, they must be scheduled for delivery before March 20th.
March 11 – Days-in-advance scheduling windows are limited to 5 days.
March 20 – Scheduled deliveries are disabled. For any gift orders that are placed before March 1, they must be scheduled for delivery before March 20th.
March 28, 2024 – All Drizly consumer-facing operations are disabled.

When will the Drizly app close?

Will consumers be able to use Drizly credits or discounts on Uber?

No, Drizly consumers should have used any existing credits or discounts available to them before March 28th.

Will my Drizly account automatically work on Uber?

What happens to my scheduled gift?

If your gift was scheduled to be delivered after March, you will receive a refund directly from Drizly.

What happens to promo codes added to my Drizly account?

Promotions on Drizly will need to be used on the Drizly platform before the end of March.

How do I delete my account information?

In keeping with Drizly's commitments set forth in Drizly's Data Retention and Deletion notice and Drizly's Privacy Notice, which states that Drizly generally retains data for the life of an account or sixty (60) days from which we received a consumer request that we delete their account, Drizly is deleting collected information including consumer accounts and personal information. Data will be deleted within 60 days of the Shut Down Date. Please note that certain data may be required to be preserved for legal or regulatory purposes and will be deleted when these obligations and/or statutory requirements have been fulfilled.
